The Problem I wanted the Dual Infographic + GIF mode on my NZXT Kraken 2023 Elite in my Linux environment but nothing I tried worked. liquidctl lists this cooler as NZXT Kraken 2023 Elite (broken). CoolerControl, with the CoolerDash plugin, could drive the screen but could not stream a GIF and put that overlay on it. So I created a small service that does. The Journey The panel is 640×640. A full frame at 32 bits is 1.

Pixailated: How a Silly AI Experiment Became a Game About a year ago, I was playing around with AI image generation and had this idea for a game. The concept was pretty simple: take an AI-generated image, pixelate it, and then slowly depixelate it as players guessed letters correctly. Kind of like a mix between hangman and a puzzle. I called it “Nonsense” because, well, the AI-generated images were complete nonsense.
